On June 20,2026,she posted on her social media platform about MESMA notices being issued to employees who are on indefinite strike . Her point is that these notices are not about solving issue,but about frightening workers who are asking for their rights .
Gaikwad said,"The BJP government is trying to suppress the voice of BEST employees, but those fighting for justice cannot be intimidated." And that line clearly shows how Congress is framing this whole matter now.
