This is honestly heartbreaking news from Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh . On June 22, 2026,a truck collided with pick-up van carrying laborers and four people lost their lives . Just like that,one normal journey turned into tragedy.
Accident happened on Chhindwara-Betul National Highway,near Tamri village,around 30 km from district headquarters . And when highway accident involves laborers packed in pick-up van,situation already feels scary before even reading full details.
Local police said at least seven others were injured in collision . Emergency response started immediately and injured people were taken to nearby medical facilities for urgent treatment.
Lawaghoghri police station house officer Aftab Khan said severity of accident was alarming,with multiple casualties reported . That line itself says how bad scene must have been there .
Deputy Superintendent of Police Rameshwar Choubey also stated that he was on way to accident site to assess situation and coordinate further investigation . So police are now looking into what exactly led to this collision.
