This news from Gopalganj,Bihar feels really disturbing because again,it is one of those land dispute cases where matter suddenly turns violent . And this time victim is Vijendranath Tiwari,brother of popular actor Pankaj Tripathi.
Incident reportedly happened in his ancestral village in Gopalganj,Bihar . As per reports,there was already tension over land dispute for some time and then things became ugly .
Witnesses claim Tiwari was attacked with sticks and clubs . Not small thing ah,because injuries were serious enough that he had to be rushed for medical treatment immediately.
First,he was taken to Gopalganj Model Hospital for initial treatment . But because injuries were severe,he was later shifted to medical facility in Patna for specialized care.
And honestly,this is where whole situation becomes bigger than one family dispute . In many places,land issues keep simmering quietly for years and then one day violence breaks out like this.
Few things standing out clearly in this case:

But RJD MP Manoj Jha took wider view of matter . He said Tiwari's case is getting media attention because of his brother's fame,but many families in Bihar face similar threats daily without any recourse.
Till now,Pankaj Tripathi or his representatives have not issued any public statement . That silence has naturally led to some speculation about what family is thinking or how they want to handle matter publicly .
