One late-night scene from Meerut's Sardhana area is now getting attention, and honestly,it sounds like complete chaos in middle of road . A woman reportedly under influence of alcohol created ruckus so bad that local residents had to call police .
According to details, she was with two male companions when disturbance started increasing in area . People nearby got worried after she allegedly began disrupting peace late at night, and then police intervention became necessary .
But when police reached, scene did not calm down immediately . Officials reportedly found her in agitated state, arguing with officers and continuing unruly behavior even after several attempts were made to pacify her .
And then crowd also gathered there, which only made situation more messy . Witnesses recorded videos of whole drama, and those clips quickly started circulating on social media . In videos, she was reportedly seen misbehaving with bystanders and even raising her hands at some people present .
Few things standing out in this incident:
- Local residents called police after late-night disturbance in Meerut's Sardhana area.
- Three individuals booked — woman and her two male companions face charges.
- Vehicles seized — police confiscated vehicles involved in incident.
Police officials said woman appeared heavily intoxicated and remained uncooperative throughout encounter . After repeated warnings failed, police finally took all three individuals into custody and brought them to police station .
Proceedings were then initiated under Section 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for breach of peace . Sardhana Circle Officer,Ashutosh, confirmed that woman,a resident of Lisari Gate, created public disturbance and misbehaved with police personnel.
One of men accompanying her reportedly lives in Nanu, while other is from Mawana . So this was not just one person losing control,it became group-level public nuisance by late night.
And honestly, public intoxication is not small thing ah when it starts affecting residents, police and random people on road . One video goes viral, but people living nearby have to actually deal with fear, noise and uncertainty same night only.
At same time, this also raises uncomfortable question about how quickly such incidents can turn from “drunk drama” into public safety issue… and how many such cases never even get recorded…
