One big moment came from Artillery Centre in Hyderabad on June 20,2026,where 2,436 Agniveers from Batch 8/26 finally stood at Attestation Parade after months of hard training . And honestly, parade ground scenes like this always hit different because behind clean drills, there is lot of pressure, sweat and adjustment.
Event happened at Palani Parade Ground and was presided over by Brigadier Rahul Machhral, the Commandant and Chief Instructor of the Artillery Centre . He reviewed parade and acknowledged dedication shown by recruits during training period .
And this was not just one ceremonial function only . For these Agniveers,it marked successful completion of rigorous training and formal induction into Armed Forces . That shift from trainee to soldier is not small thing ah .
The parade also showed synchronized drills, which basically reflected level of discipline and preparation they had gone through . Anyone who has seen military parade knows one small mistake stands out badly,so that kind of coordination comes from repeated practice, not just one day effort.
Few things standing out clearly from this event:
- 2,436 Agniveers from Batch 8/26 completed rigorous training and were formally inducted into Armed Forces.
- Parade took place on June 20,2026 at Palani Parade Ground in Artillery Centre in Hyderabad .
- Brigadier Rahul Machhral praised Agniveers, instructors and training staff for dedication, professionalism and commitment .
In his address,Brigadier Machhral expressed pride in achievements of newly inducted soldiers and spoke about their role in national security . He also urged them to uphold values and traditions of Armed Forces as they begin military careers.
And I liked that instructors and training staff were also recognized here . Many times attention goes only to recruits standing in parade, but people shaping them daily are also carrying huge responsibility behind scenes.
Training like this is not just physical . It is mental, professional and emotional also, because these young soldiers are being prepared for responsibilities which most people outside uniform may never fully understand .
Now these Agniveers are moving from parade ground to actual duty life, and that is where real test begins . Ceremony is over, but journey is just starting…
