Samay Raina coming back with second season of India's Got Latent on June 20,2026 already had people curious, but first episode became more fun because Sharvari and Alia Bhatt were sitting there like they actually came to play, not just do film promotion .
And yes, they were there to promote Alpha, which is set to release on July 3,2026 . But from what came out after episode,Sharvari seems to have surprised many people with her comic timing only.
After episode aired,Samay posted on Instagram story and praised her properly . He wrote,"@sharvari you were so funny man. It felt like a seasoned comedian was with us on the panel. The maa paa joke man." And honestly, that is not small compliment ah,especially coming from someone whose whole space is timing and live reactions.
Sharvari also did not make it serious-serious . She reshared his post and replied,"Hahahaha!!!" with laughing emojis. Small exchange, but it gave that light, fun vibe around episode and promotion also felt less forced.
Few things clearly stood out from episode:
- India's Got Latent season 2 premiered on June 20,2026 with Sharvari and Alia Bhatt as guests.
- Both actresses came to promote Alpha, which is set to release on July 3,2026.
- Samay Raina praised Sharvari's comic timing and called her presence like that of a seasoned comedian .
And tbh, this is where celebrity promotions become interesting. Usually actors come, smile, say 3 safe lines about film and leave. But when they actually match show energy,it looks natural and audience also connects faster .
Samay also shared love for both of them and wrote,"Soooo much love for @aliaabhatt and @sharvari for being so chill and fun. Takes a lot of guts for someone at such heights of the game." That line says lot because comedy panel spaces can be unpredictable, and not everyone is comfortable being casual there .
But here, the mood seems to have stayed playful. Raina and Sharvari's rapport got noticed,Alia Bhatt also being part of that relaxed setup added to overall buzz, and Alpha promotion got extra attention without feeling like boring marketing push .
Now question is whether rest of India's Got Latent season 2 can keep same kind of light madness going,or this first episode worked because guests were unusually chill…
