Just saw this video from R. Madhavan and honestly,I had to check it twice . Reaching Mumbai airport from town in 25 minutes? Feels like he is talking about some other city,not our Mumbai.
He posted a video on social media looking super happy and surprised about his commute . He basically said he travelled a distance of around 20 kilometres in just 25 minutes,which is just unbelievable for any Mumbaikar.
His exact words were,"Wow,from town to the airport in Mumbai in about 25 minutes,that's fantastic. Maza aa gaya bhai,yeh hona chahiye Mumbai mein." And every single person stuck in traffic rn would agree with that.
And tbh,this is the dream.
Anyone who has travelled on that route knows it can easily take over an hour,sometimes even more during peak traffic . So when you hear 25 minutes,it's a bit of a shock ah .
Madhavan has been a huge name in films for long time,everyone knows his work.
