The Food and Drug Administration,under Commissioner Tukaram Munde,has sealed a commercial establishment in Pune's Market Yard area . This shop belongs to the father of Siya Goyal,who is currently in custody for her alleged role in the killing of Ketan Agarwal . That connection alone makes this whole FDA action feel very significant.
According to reports,when FDA officials inspected the premises they found that the business was running without any mandatory trade license . That itself is serious violation . But it did not stop there .
Three key things that came out from this inspection:
- Licensing violations — the establishment was operating without any valid legal permits
- Massive stock seizure — officials confiscated 4,000 kg of substandard goods
- Financial impact — the total value of seized items is estimated at ₹8 lakh
And for family already under public and legal scrutiny,this kind of administrative action adds completely different layer of pressure . Not just one problem now — multiple fronts opening up at same time.
The original case itself is deeply disturbing . Ketan Agarwal was allegedly pushed to his death from heights of Lohagad Fort . Police investigations suggest that Siya Goyal and her associate Chetan Chaudhary planned and carried out this crime together . Both are currently behind bars while Pune Police continue examining whether family members of either accused had any role in the conspiracy.

Meanwhile,Ketan's mother has written directly to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking justice for her son . Her words are difficult to read without feeling something .
